Background
Sustainability, strategy and engagement leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering ESG, net-zero, nature and biodiversity strategy, social impact, stakeholder engagement, brand leadership, and sustainability communications.
Over the last 23 years I have worked on diverse range of sectors, starting my career in brand and advertising in global roles at the agency J Walter-Thompson, known as the ‘University of advertising’ for its credibility in brand building. Developing brand positionings like ‘The world’s local bank’ inspired me about how to stretch the potential of business as a force for good.
I then moved to O2, to work client-side, where I worked in a number of marketing roles, including customer strategy & innovation, product management and sustainability.
In my ten years at O2, I was recruited internally and promoted into different roles, because of my reputation for building good relationships, my strategic ability and track-record of delivering break-through activity.
I held the senior position of Head of Brand and Marcomms strategy, coordinating the planning of £90m of annual media spend for O2, before being asked to join the sustainability team, where I was ultimately the Head of Social Impact and Sustainable Development in the Corporate Affairs function, working on a number of pioneering sustainability strategies and programmes of work.
From 2023 I was retained as a Senior Sustainability Advisor to The Crown Estate, one of the UK’s most strategically important landowners, with diverse holdings on land and sea, helping it scale its ambition for offshore wind development, nature recovery, decarbonization and net zero, as well as community and economic impact for the nation.

Outside work, I have made a commitment to use my skills to help others and have been involved with a number of projects:

Rewilding Acton
Founder of local urban greening campaign: Rewilding Acton. Organising street planting, fundraising, sponsorship and creating ‘how-to’ content with the council’s park rangers

Downside Fisher
Trustee of one of London’s oldest youth clubs ‘Downside Fisher’, advising and governing club during Covid-19 and responsible for designing new online and social media presence.

Siobhan's Trust
After the outbreak of war in Ukraine, I went to volunteer for a charity in the Lviv area called Siobhan’s Trust, delivering food to communities impacted.
